Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 15 to 20 business days after purchase.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your shipment.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item(s) back.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will need to cover the postage fees for sending the items back to us.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all original tags attached.
• We do not accept returns on final sale items, underwear, bottles, or swimwear for hygiene reasons.
• Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has arrived at our facility and passed inspection.
• If the item does not meet our return conditions, the refund will not be issued, and the item may be sent back to the customer.
  

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for a different size or color), please follow the same return process.

Once we receive and inspect the original item, we will proceed with sending the replacement.

Exchanges will only be processed after the original item arrives at our facility and is approved.
